The young author expresses a depth of insight that evokes childhood memories of bygone days. His keen observations paint a picture that put you in that time and place with remembered sounds and scents. Beautifully written and well said.
The images are created vividly and emotionally in the well crafted words of a child. To be read and enjoyed over and over.
Oh my! This was an unexpected delight. I found myself reading it over and over. Matthew writes with an artistry and depth uncommon in someone so young. I am excited to see where Matthew takes this extraordinary writing talent in the years to come. Well done!
